Let's Heal, Paint and plant something! Paint your pots, learn a little bit about the plant you choose to raise, and add a crystal for encouragement! We will be planting snake plants from sprouts. We had such a great time last year lets do it again! BYOB! Snacks will be provided.

About the event
Art therapy is proven to help levels of stress, anxiety, and depression and is even utilized in nursing homes and mental facilities to help with self-expression, creativity, and relaxation. Our Heal Paint n Sip will include guided meditation, art supplies, and refreshments!
Incorporated with Plants, this is truly going to be something for those who need a little extra TLC in their lives.
Plant selection will vary, You get to plant your masterpiece with a crystal of your choosing once done!
