Grief is a part of this journey called life. The essence of grief is the loss of something; I learned that when something is lost, you need to be replenished. This workshop is designed to collectively support our grief and give the love back to ourselves that is so needed.  Join us as we love and release together.

This workshop offers a unique approach to processing emotions, building resilience, and fostering personal growth.

Our cards can provide a holistic and multisensory approach to coping with grief and loss, offering comfort, support, and healing to individuals as they navigate their unique grieving process.

We will listen to music create art, and release our collective grief and love ourselves through the process.
