Cancellation Policy

Cupping at Rock Collage is offered as a complementary wellness service intended to support circulation, muscle relaxation, and overall comfort. It is not a medical treatment and is not a substitute for medical care or licensed acupuncture for any specific condition. No diagnostic or therapeutic outcomes are claimed or guaranteed. By booking, you confirm: Minors may participate only with the written consent and physical presence of a parent or legal guardian. You understand cupping commonly leaves circular marks, redness, or temporary bruising on the skin that may last several days to a few weeks. These are expected results, not injuries. You retain full responsibility for the decision to participate. Rock Collage, its owner, and its practitioners are not liable for any related outcomes, including, but not limited to, marks, bruising, skin sensitivity, or temporary discomfort. You will disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and allergies, including blood thinners and steroid use, before your session. You are not currently in a medical or mental health crisis. If you need immediate help, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911 for emergencies. DO NOT receive cupping, without prior written clearance from your physician, if you have any of the following: pregnancy (especially first trimester or over the abdomen/lower back), bleeding or clotting disorders (e.g., hemophilia), use of blood thinners or anticoagulants, deep vein thrombosis or active blood clots, organ failure (heart, kidney, liver), uncontrolled cardiac conditions, active cancer, recent surgery or unhealed wounds in the treatment area, severe skin conditions, eczema, psoriasis, sunburn, or active infection in the treatment area, or known allergy to silicone or the materials used. Please remain hydrated, avoid hot showers, saunas, vigorous exercise, and alcohol for at least 24 hours after your session, and keep treated areas clean and covered as advised. Right to refuse: Rock Collage reserves the right to decline, postpone, or end a session for undisclosed contraindications, intoxication, disruptive behavior, or any reason the practitioner judges unsafe. Cancellations under 24 hours' notice may incur up to a 50% fee. Completed sessions are non-refundable. By proceeding, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
