Cacao and Frequency

A cacao and sound bath is a deeply restorative and heart-opening experience that combines two powerful healing practices: a cacao ceremony and a sound bath.

Cacao Ceremony:

This part involves drinking ceremonial-grade cacao, a pure form of chocolate used traditionally by Indigenous cultures for spiritual and emotional healing. Cacao is known to open the heart, enhance mood, and promote connection — both inwardly and with others. It’s often accompanied by guided meditation, intention setting, or gentle movement.

Sound Bath:

After the cacao ceremony, participants lie down and relax as they are immersed in soothing sounds from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums. The vibrations help calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring the mind into a meditative state.
