We have wellness events that help educate you on many different subject matters We also have wellness (metaphysical) services that are catered to individual needs.
  • How Do I Know A Crystal Is Right For Me?
    When choosing a stone, most times they choose you. What ever you might be going through, that stone will assist you in your healing work. The color, alone might not be enough for when choosing the right stone for you. Sometimes a little research can help with getting the right crystal or stone for you. This is why we add a description to each and every mineral on out tumbled and rough collection. We suggest visiting the shop if you absolutely need to feel and touch a stone in order to get a deeper connection with the mineral. We currently have over 380 minerals in the shop and counting!

    We take pride in sourcing our Rock Collage Crystals from all over the world! Ethically sourced meaning we are the third company to have handled your items before it reaches you and your person. Please note, we do test the validity of your product before putting out to market, we wouldn't want you or anyone your purchasing for to get anything unethically sourced.   • What are your Covid Safety Protocols?
    We are a small shop. We clean surfaces daily before and after closing. We have a max capacity of 4 customers at any given time to reduce contact. We have sanitization stations throughout the shop and we offer handwashing if need be. Mask are mandatory for both staff and customers at all times.
  • What are the best ways to cleanse your Stones and or Crystals?
    We offer sea salt or sand with any purchase over $35. The sea salt or sand provides negative ions which is great for cleansing and reducing free radical energy to you and or your crystal of choice. it helps eliminate any negative energies that might have been picked up along its journey. We do not practice any particular rituals in the shop, so we would not advise using Sun or Moon energy to cleanse your mineral as those are ritualistic practices. The sun Energy has caused minerals to crack, chip an d or fade, where as the moon energy has been found to cause lucid dreaming or adverse reaction to the mineral and individual. Please do your research. We avoid salt water as much as possible as the two combined can destroy the mineral you are attempting to cleanse. The statue of Liberty used to be Copper, with years in that water it turned green... other minerals may do the same if not worse over time if this is a choice preference of cleansing.

    Please note that the USPS and other carriers are increasing their rates this holiday season, which may result in slightly higher shipping fees. Below is a note from the USPS regarding their rates. Sage Goddess is absorbing some of this increase itself; however, some shipping costs may be higher to offset the change in carrier rates. We appreciate your understanding. What are the USPS rate increases? The forecasted additional revenue from the time-limited increase will depend on the volume of packages shipped between Oct. 3 and Dec. 26, 2021 – the period the Postal Service historically refers to as its holiday peak season. The planned price changes include: Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, Parcel Select Ground and USPS Retail Ground: $0.75 increase for PM and PME Flat Rate Boxes and Envelopes. $0.25 increase for Zones 1-4, 0-10 lbs. $0.75 increase for Zones 5-9, 0-10 lbs. $1.50 increase for Zones 1-4, 11-20 lbs. $3.00 increase for Zones 5-9, 11-20lbs. $2.50 increase for Zones 1-4, 21-70 lbs. $5.00 increase for Zones 5-9, 21-70 lbs.
  • How long does it take to process orders?
    We recognize that once you have placed your order, you are eagerly awaiting your wellness essential and items. We strive to fill all orders as soon as possible. Orders generally ship in 1-3 business days but orders with items we make on-site (bracelets, candles, kits, wire wraps, etc.), intuitively chosen items (such as wellness offerings) and most custom items can take up to 3 business days to ship. Orders placed during the holidays, from trade shows, from our collectible crystals category or our live sales may take some time to process as well. (Average 1 business day (being that our live sales are usually on the weekend)). As we source only the highest quality ingredients and specialty items, there is a chance your order might be delayed beyond this. If this occurs, you will receive a notification regarding the delay and the expected ship date. On the rare occasion we are backordered on an item we will notify you as soon as possible to help you find a similar product or issue a store credit.
  • Return Policy
    Since all sales are final, it's important that you contact us right away if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product. Returns need to be authorized before you ship back any items to Rock Collage. We will always try to send you a replacement first once we have received the returned item. If a replacement is not available then we may offer you an exchange to another magical item or you can choose a store credit which can be used towards your next purchase online or in store. Please note, you are responsible for shipping the item back if item was agreed upon for repairs.
  • Where can I track my order once it’s shipped?
    Once orders are shipped an email is sent with tracking information. If there are any issues or you have not received tracking information within 24-48 hours, please feel free to contact the store by calling us at 201-357-2347 or sending us an email.
