Event Description: Your body is always communicating through sensation, tension, impulse, and breath. This workshop invites you to slow down and become present enough to listen and sense into your inner experience.

Through guided somatic movement, breath, and mindful awareness, you’ll explore how your body communicates and learn to decode its subtle messages. This is not about performing or perfecting, it’s about attuning, allowing, and experiencing the body as a tool for self-understanding.

You’ll be guided through somatic movement and release practices that help unwind tension, expand your capacity for presence, and regulate your nervous system. As you deepen your relationship with your inner world, you learn to decode your body’s messages. Your sensations, emotions, and inner signals help you naturally create outer shifts in how you live your life.
