Diffusion: Add a few drops to an essential oil diffuser to create a calming, grounding atmosphere.
Topical Application: Always dilute with a carrier oil (like jojoba, almond, or fractionated coconut oil) before applying to the skin. It can be massaged into pulse points, the bottoms of the feet, or areas of tension. For skin benefits, add a drop or two to your favorite moisturizer or serum.
Bath: Add diluted vetiver oil to bathwater for a deeply relaxing and grounding soak.
Important Precautions:
Viscous Oil: Vetiver is very thick and may come out of the bottle slowly. You might need to warm the bottle gently or remove the dropper insert.
