By booking a crystal consultation with Rock Collage, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Educational Guidance Only: Crystal consultations are for educational and self-care purposes only. The information provided is based on traditional beliefs, metaphysical properties, and the energetic qualities of crystals. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: The insights and recommendations you receive during a crystal consultation should not be considered a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. If you are dealing with a medical, psychological, or legal issue, please consult a qualified professional in that field. Client Responsibility: You, the client, are responsible for all decisions and actions you take regarding the purchase and use of crystals. We encourage you to use the information provided for your own personal growth and well-being. No Guarantees: While many people find crystals to be a powerful tool for personal support and energetic alignment, we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes or results from their use. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a consultation if we believe it is not in the client's best interest, or if the client is being disrespectful. Booking & Cancellation Policy Payment: A consultation fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee may be applied as a credit toward the purchase of crystals during or immediately following your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or to reschedule your appointment. With proper notice, your fee will be credited toward a future session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your fee. Punctuality: To ensure fairness to all our clients, sessions will begin and end promptly at their scheduled time.
