There's something deeply satisfying about rolling your own smudge bundle. The herbs in your hands, the twine wrapping, the act of choosing each plant with intention it's a form of meditation in itself. In this workshop, you'll learn the spiritual and practical properties of cleansing herbs (sage, rosemary, lavender, mugwort, cedar, and more), then hand-roll 1-2 bundles to take home. We will teach proper drying, lighting, and use, plus the cultural lineage of smoke cleansing across traditions.
