Cancellation Policy

Reiki certification at Rock Collage is taught by Judith P-Dazle, a Grandmaster Reiki in the Usui lineage. Certification confers the right to practice Reiki as a complementary energy modality. It is NOT a license to practice medicine, nursing, psychotherapy, massage therapy, or any other regulated healthcare profession. By enrolling, you confirm: You are 18 or older (or have written guardian consent and are at least 16). You understand Reiki is a complementary practice, not a substitute for medical, mental health, or psychiatric care, and outcomes for you or those you later practice on are not guaranteed. You are not currently in a medical or mental health crisis. Energy work can surface emotional material; you accept responsibility for seeking appropriate professional support if needed. In emergencies, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911. You will disclose relevant medical or psychological conditions, pregnancy, or medications to your teacher before attunement. You take full responsibility for your own practice after certification, including how you represent your credentials, the clients you work with, and compliance with state, local, and professional regulations governing energy work in your area. Tuition, attendance, and certification: Tuition is due in full prior to the first class session unless a written payment plan is signed. Tuition is non-refundable once attunement has begun. Certificates are awarded upon completion of all required class hours, hands-on practice, and any written or experiential requirements. Missed sessions must be made up before certification is issued. Course manuals, symbols, and materials are provided for your personal study and practice. Redistribution, resale, or publication is not permitted. Code of conduct: Students agree to represent their training accurately, practice within ethical scope, maintain client confidentiality, honor the tradition with respect, and refrain from causing harm. Right to dismiss: Rock Collage reserves the right to dismiss any student for ethical violations, disruptive behavior, intoxication, or undisclosed circumstances that make participation unsafe. Tuition forfeit may apply. By proceeding with enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
