The use of this website and services provided by Rock Collage (hereinafter referred to as "Website") are subject to the following Terms & Conditions, all parts and sub-parts of which are specifically incorporated by reference here. This Agreement governs the use of all pages on this website (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Website") and any services provided by or on this website ("Services").

7. COURSES & CLASSES PURCHASES

If you wish to purchase a course or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to provide information relevant to your purchase, such as your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

 

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are legally entitled to use any payment method(s) in connection with any purchase, and (ii) the information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete.

 

We may use third-party services to facilitate payment and completion of purchases. By submitting your information, you authorize us to share it with these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: course or service availability, inaccuracies in the course or service description or price, inaccuracies in your order, suspected fraud, or unauthorized or illegal transactions.

 

Use of E-Course Materials

All courses, materials, and references used in or related to the e-courses are the property of Rock Collage or third parties and used under permission granted to rockcollage.com. They may only be used in the manner detailed in this Agreement. Permission to use material in any other way must be obtained in writing from rockcollage.com and/or the publisher or author of the material. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for courses or others as approved by rockcollage.com.

 

As a course participant, you may view, read, and download all materials that are part of the course library. You may print any course or PDF pages for personal use, but you may not share, publish, or in any manner distribute the e-course login credentials, references, passwords, readings, links, or any other materials to other users.

 

E-Course Access

Only registered course participants have access to the course discussion forum.

 

Refunds for E-Courses

You may leave a course at any time. However, once you are registered and have logged in to the course, you will not receive a refund for any reason. Courses are not covered by our standard refund policy.

 

Please note that meaningful results from courses typically require consistent participation over multiple sessions. We encourage you to commit to the full course experience before drawing conclusions.

 

8. STORE POLICY & ORDERING

All purchases from this Website are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

 

When placing an order, you must ensure that the details provided are true and accurate. Payment may be made through AfterPay, PayPal, or Stripe. You will need to register on the site with accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. Your password should be kept secure, and you must notify us of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

 

Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by another customer. Please read and check your order carefully before submitting. Payment will be collected immediately upon completion of the payment process, and a confirmation email will be sent. A separate email will confirm delivery details.

 

We may contact you to advise that we cannot accept your order in the following circumstances:

• The products are unavailable (e.g., due to discontinuation).

• We are unable to authorize your payment.

• There has been a pricing or product description error.

• You are not permitted to purchase from us under applicable law or our policies.

 

In such cases, we will email you to confirm that your order has not been accepted and any payment will be returned to you within 24 hours. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a Confirmation Email.

9. DELIVERY POLICY

We are committed to delivering your order in a timely manner. Total delivery time includes processing time plus shipping/delivery time.

 

Once you have placed an order, it cannot be canceled at any stage. The contract is completed upon receipt of the order. The estimated delivery date will be provided in the Confirmation Email, sent within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. This date is an estimate only, and we do not guarantee delivery on that specific date.

 

Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility, allowing you to monitor your package at all times.

 

Our Standard/Regular Delivery: 3–10 business days.

 

Please Note: Delivery timeframes may occasionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or other unforeseen disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

 

10. REFUND POLICY

Due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals and stones in our shop, the majority of our crystals are final sale items.

 

We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

• You change your mind after purchase.

• You choose not to use our product.

• You determine the product is not what you need.

• The product does not suit your particular needs or preferences.

• You have found an alternative substitute for the product.

 

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Product photographs are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

 

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, validity, or timeliness of information listed by us or any third party.

 

We may make material changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We may notify you by prominently posting a notice of such changes or via email communication.

Rock Collage reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Rock Collage in asserting any available defenses. You shall not settle any claim that adversely affects an Indemnified Party without the Indemnified Party's prior written consent.

 

18. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

You understand and agree that we (A) do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, validity, or timeliness of information listed by us or any third parties, and (B) shall not be responsible for any materials posted by us or any third party.
