Journey Through the Chakras

Those who practice, teach or are just curious about yoga have heard of chakras but may not really know what they are, how they relate to our lives, what colors go with what, and what happens when these chakra-things are not balanced. Journey Through the Chakras is a very detailed course designed to answer so many questions and provide a deep understanding of these disks of energy.

This 2-day course, a collaboration between Rock Collage and empowerFit Wellness, LLC, includes:

An Aura Reading to see how your chakras are aligned

Foods to eat for your chakra balance

Identify which chakras govern which organs and body parts

Various elements and distinguishing characteristics of each chakra

Crystals associated with each chakra

Sounds that correlate with each chakra

Yoga poses, including Yin Yoga poses, that address and balance chakras

Vinyasa flow to target the chakras

Ways to unlock or stimulate each chakra

A chakra balancing soundbath

Choice of Chakra ring or waist beads

Mocktails provided on the 2nd day to celebrate Cinco de Mayo!
