EMOTIONALLY STABLE


You know who you are and feel secure in your shoes. You are able to control impulses when you are upset. Little annoyances don’t usually bother you, and you have healthy ways of coping when they do.


SEEN AND UNDERSTOOD


You feel confident to speak and be heard. There is one or two people in this world who really understand you. or at least, certain aspects of what you’ve been through. You have a coherent narrative that’s reasonably factual and those people get it.


FOCUSED & REASONABLY ORGANIZED
