About the event
Grief asks to be felt, not fixed. This gathering is a gentle space to honor what you've lost, whether a person, a relationship, a version of yourself, or a life you imagined.
We invite you to gather, remember, and let your heart be held. We'll begin with ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant honored in Mesoamerica for thousands of years, to soften and open the heart. We'll then move into a rose cleanse to help release what feels heavy and make room for tenderness toward ourselves.
We'll also create a shared altar. You're warmly invited to bring a photo or small object that holds the memory of someone you love. There's nothing you need to share or prepare. You're welcome to speak, cry, sit in silence, or simply receive. Come as you are.
