RYT 200, Founder of Rock Collage, Judith is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and Reiki Grandmaster who founded Rock Collage over a decade ago as a home for holistic healing in Teaneck. Her classes blend gentle, breath-centered movement with the energetic principles she teaches throughout the studio: grounding, chakra awareness, and intentional stillness. Whether you're brand new to the mat or a longtime practitioner, Judith's yoga sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

An E-RYT 500 and 20 year veteran in the wellness field, Lateefah Fleming is the President and Chief Motivating Officer of empowerFit Wellness, LLC and owner of empowerfit & Flow, an RYS 200 registered yoga school. empowerFit is dedicated to empowering women, especially black women and women of color, to find their voice - and use their voice to embolden themselves and their communities. She has a passion for building communities locally and globally by combining the grounding and strength of yoga with the freedom and movement of dance and the exposure of various cultures.

RYT 500 Howard is a yoga instructor with 20 years of teaching experience. Yoga has been one of the most important and transformative forces in his life. He is passionate about sharing its physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits with others, especially those for whom yoga has seemed foreign or intimidating.  Howard is certified in Vinyasa yoga and completed a 500-hour training with the legendary yoga master, Sri Dharma Mittra. He has advanced training in Yoga for Arthritis, LifeForce Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Sound Healing, and Gravity Yoga.
