Halotherapy utilizes a specialized halogenerator to disperse microscopic, dry salt particles into the air. As you relax in our therapeutic salt room, these tiny particles travel deep into the lungs and across the skin’s surface. Cancellation Policy
Halotherapy sessions at Rock Collage are offered as a complementary wellness experience to promote relaxation and respiratory comfort. They are not a medical treatment and are not a substitute for medical, mental health, or pulmonary care. Please consult a licensed physician for any health concerns. By booking, you confirm: You are 18 or older (or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian). Effects vary; no specific health outcomes are guaranteed. You retain full responsibility for the decision to participate. Rock Collage, its owner, and its staff are not liable for related outcomes. You will disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or pregnancy to staff before your session. You are not currently experiencing a medical or mental health crisis. If you need immediate help, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911 for emergencies. Do NOT use the salt room if you have any of the following without prior written clearance from your physician: active tuberculosis or any contagious respiratory infection, acute respiratory illness or fever, severe COPD or acute asthma exacerbation, recent heart attack or unstable cardiac condition, severely uncontrolled hypertension, active cancer in treatment, open wounds or infectious skin conditions, or chronic kidney disease. Mild coughing or throat clearing during a session is a normal response as airways loosen and is not cause for alarm. If you feel unwell at any time, leave the room and notify staff. Room etiquette: please remove shoes, silence phones (salt may damage electronics, bring at your own risk), avoid food, drink, lotions, and perfumes in the room, and remain seated and quiet so other guests can rest. Contact lenses may be irritated by airborne salt; glasses are recommended. Right to refuse: Rock Collage reserves the right to decline, postpone, or end a session for undisclosed contraindications, intoxication, disruptive behavior, or any reason staff judges unsafe. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the session price. Completed sessions are non-refundable. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
