Disclaimer & Client Responsibility By booking a biofeedback session with Rock Collage, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Educational Purpose Only: Our biofeedback sessions are for educational and self-regulation purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. The information provided is a tool for self-discovery and is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition. No Medical Claims: Rock Collage and its practitioners do not make any medical claims about the efficacy of biofeedback in treating or curing any specific disease or condition. Biofeedback is a complementary therapy that can be used alongside conventional treatments as part of a comprehensive wellness plan. Consult Your Doctor: If you have a medical or psychological condition, please consult with your licensed healthcare provider before beginning biofeedback. This is especially important if you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, or have a history of seizures, as the biofeedback equipment may not be suitable. Client Responsibility: You, the client, are responsible for all decisions and actions you take based on the skills and insights gained during your session. You are also responsible for informing your practitioner of any relevant health concerns or discomfort at any point during the session. Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years of age or older to participate in biofeedback sessions. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session if we believe it is not in the client's best interest, or if the client is disrespectful or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Booking & Cancellation Policy Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or to reschedule an appointment. With proper notice, your payment will be credited toward a future session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your payment. Punctuality: Sessions will begin and end promptly at their scheduled time. If you are late, your session will be shortened accordingly, and the full fee will still apply to ensure fairness to all our clients.
