Rose gum resin is used in aromatherapy, and is thought to help with depression and skin beautifying. Other resins and gums are used in perfumery, rituals, and incense, and are said to attract good energies, stimulate dreams, and eliminate negative ones. 

Its used as a fragrance and can be burned on Aroma Lamps.
