Cancellation Policy

Home cleansing at Rock Collage is a spiritual service offered by our Skilled Staff, drawing on practices rooted in African diaspora traditions (including Hoodoo, Louisiana Voodoo, and Haitian Vodou), Indigenous smoke cleansing, and other holistic and folk traditions. Sessions may include smoke cleansing (herbs such as sage, palo santo, or copal), Florida Water, salt, sound, prayer, and intentional blessing of spaces. This is a complementary spiritual service. It is NOT an exorcism, paranormal investigation, religious sacrament under any recognized clergy authority, mold or biological remediation, pest control, or home inspection. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health care, professional home repair, or licensed safety services. No specific outcomes are claimed or guaranteed. By booking, you confirm: You are 18 or older and are the homeowner, lawful tenant, or authorized to invite this service into the home. Any other adult residents have been informed and consent to the service. You will secure pets, infants, young children, and household members with respiratory conditions (asthma, COPD, severe allergies) away from active smoke and burning materials, and disclose any such conditions in advance. You will disable applicable smoke alarms during smoke cleansing only if safe, and reactivate them immediately after. You take responsibility for any alarms, sensors, or systems in the home and for ventilation. You will remove or cover sensitive items (electronics, artwork, fabrics, food) that you do not want exposed to smoke, salt, or water. You retain full responsibility for the home and its contents. Rock Collage, its owner, and its practitioner are not liable for smoke residue, scent retention, alarm activation, water or salt marks, or any property-related outcomes. You are not currently in a mental health or safety crisis. If you need immediate help, call or text 988 or 911. Right to refuse: Rock Collage may decline, postpone, or end a service for unsafe conditions, undisclosed contraindications, intoxication, lack of resident consent, or any reason the practitioner judges unsafe. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% plus any travel costs already incurred. Completed services are non-refundable.
