Cancellation Policy

By booking a chromotherapy session with Rock Collage, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Complementary Therapy Only: Chromotherapy is considered a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information and experience provided are for educational and relaxation purposes only. No Medical Claims: Rock Collage and its practitioners do not make any medical claims about the efficacy of chromotherapy in treating or curing any specific disease or condition. We encourage you to use this therapy as a tool to support your overall wellness. Consult Your Doctor: If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to epilepsy, photosensitivity, migraines, or are pregnant, please consult with your licensed healthcare provider before booking a session. You are responsible for discussing the use of light and color therapy with your doctor. Client Responsibility: You, the client, are responsible for disclosing any health concerns or conditions to your practitioner before the session begins. You are also responsible for listening to your body and communicating any discomfort or changes you experience at any time during the session. No Guarantees: While many people find chromotherapy to be deeply relaxing and balancing, we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes or results from a session. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session at any time if we believe it would not be in the client's best interest, or if the client's behavior is disrespectful or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Booking & Cancellation Policy Payment: All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or to reschedule your appointment. With proper notice, your payment will be credited toward a future session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the fee for the session will be forfeited. Punctuality: To ensure fairness to all our clients, sessions will begin and end at their scheduled time.
