Cancellation Policy

Readings at Rock Collage are offered for spiritual exploration, self-reflection, and entertainment. They are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Please consult a licensed professional for those concerns. By booking, you confirm: You are 18 or older (or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian). Readings are interpretive; accuracy is not guaranteed. You retain full responsibility for decisions made following your session. Rock Collage, its owner, and its practitioners are not liable for related outcomes. You are not currently in a mental health, medical, or safety crisis, or you have disclosed such concerns to your practitioner. If you need immediate help, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911 for emergencies. You will inform your practitioner of any pregnancy, serious medical conditions, or medications that may affect perception before your session. Some practices we reference draw on African diaspora traditions, including Hoodoo, Louisiana Voodoo, and Haitian Vodou, as well as astrology, herbalism, and crystal lore. We name these traditions with respect and attribution. Rock Collage is a wellness boutique, not a religious institution; readings do not replace clergy or initiated guidance within any tradition. What is shared in a reading stays in the reading, except where disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm. Recording requires the practitioner's prior consent. Rock Collage, its owner, and its practitioners are not liable for actions taken, decisions made, or outcomes experienced as a result of a reading. Right to refuse: Rock Collage and its practitioners reserve the right to decline, postpone, or end any session at any time, including for intoxication, threatening or abusive behavior, requests outside the scope of our practice (such as harm-casting or contacting another living person without their consent), or when the practitioner senses the session is not in the client's best interest. Partial or full refunds in such cases are at our discretion. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the session price. Completed sessions are non-refundable. Rock Collage reserves the right to decline, postpone, or end any session at its discretion. You are welcome to take notes during your session. Audio or video recordings are not. By proceeding with booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
