Cancellation Policy

Ionic foot bath sessions at Rock Collage are offered as a complementary wellness and relaxation experience. They are not a medical treatment, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for medical care. No specific health, detoxification, or healing outcomes are claimed or guaranteed. Please consult a licensed physician for any health concerns. By booking, you confirm: You are 18 or older (or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian) and at least 10 years of age. You understand the session uses a low-level electrical current passed through a warm saltwater foot bath, and that color changes in the water are a normal result of electrolysis at the device's electrodes. You retain full responsibility for the decision to participate. Rock Collage, its owner, and its staff are not liable for related outcomes. You will disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and implants to the staff before your session. You are not currently in a medical or mental health crisis. If you need immediate help, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911 for emergencies. DO NOT use this service if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or any other electrical or electronic implant the electrical current may interfere with these devices and could cause serious harm. Do not use this service without prior written clearance from your physician if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, have an organ transplant, are undergoing active cancer treatment, have diabetes with neuropathy or circulatory issues, have hemophilia or a bleeding disorder, have an unstable cardiac condition, or have open wounds, sores, or active infections on your feet. Please remain hydrated, do not eat heavily immediately before or after the session, and notify staff at once if you feel lightheaded, nauseated, or unwell during the session. Right to refuse: Rock Collage reserves the right to decline, postpone, or end a session for undisclosed contraindications, intoxication, disruptive behavior, or any reason staff judges unsafe. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the session price. Completed sessions are non-refundable. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
