Cancellation Policy

Spiritual and holistic counseling at Rock Collage is offered by Judith Dazle, ordained spiritual counselor with training in Metaphysical Science. Sessions are talk-based and forward-focused, drawing on spiritual exploration, astrology, and intuitive reflection. This service is offered under a spiritual and ministerial scope. It is NOT clinical mental health therapy, psychotherapy, or licensed professional counseling. Sessions do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health, medical, or psychological condition, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. By booking, you confirm: You are 18 or older (or have written guardian consent). You understand that outcomes emotional, spiritual, vocational, or otherwise are not guaranteed. You retain full responsibility for decisions made following a session. Rock Collage, its owner, and its counselors are not liable for related outcomes. You are not currently in a mental health, medical, or safety crisis, or you have disclosed such concerns. If you need immediate help, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911 for emergencies. If you are in treatment for a mental health condition, you have informed your clinician and will continue your prescribed care. If your needs fall outside the scope of spiritual counseling, including active depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal ideation, addiction, or other clinical concerns, your counselor will pause and refer you to a licensed mental health professional. Spiritual support may resume once those needs are clinically addressed. Confidentiality: What is shared in session stays between you and your counselor, except where disclosure is required by law (imminent risk of harm, suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult, or court order) or where you have given written consent. Right to refuse: Rock Collage reserves the right to decline, postpone, or end any session at its discretion, including for undisclosed clinical needs, intoxication, or unsafe behavior. Cancellations under 24 hours' notice may incur up to a 50% fee. Completed sessions are non-refundable. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
