Low, steady, and grounding. The 128 Hz tuning fork is the frequency most sound practitioners reach for in body work, because its slow vibration is felt as much as it is heard. Strike it gently against an activator or the heel of your hand, then rest the stem on the body, at the sternum, joints, or soles of the feet, and let the vibration settle. Use it to open or close a Reiki or sound healing session, to ground yourself before meditation, or alongside singing bowls and chimes in a sound bath. A simple, durable tool for practitioners and beginners alike.
