Bright, sweet, and uplifting. The 528 Hz tuning fork is the best-known Solfeggio frequency, often called the love frequency and associated in sound healing with transformation, harmony, and an open heart.

Gently strike it against an activator or the heel of your hand, hold it a few inches from each ear, and let the tone ring out, or sweep it slowly through the space around the body during energy work.

Use it to open a meditation, in Reiki and chakra sessions, to clear a room or your crystals with sound, or alongside singing bowls in a sound bath.
